About Me

I’m Allison McLeod, a yoga teacher, facilitator, and longtime leader who believes that meaningful change begins with slowing down and listening—especially to the body.

My work is shaped by over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, education, and human-centered systems, alongside a deep commitment to embodied practice. I hold an MBA and a Master’s in Education, and I’ve spent my career working with individuals and organizations navigating change, growth, burnout, and transition. Yoga became not just a personal practice for me, but a way to integrate insight, nervous system awareness, and self-trust into everyday life.

My teaching is trauma-informed, reflective, and rooted in respect for yoga’s origins. I’m less interested in performance or optimization and more interested in creating spaces where people can feel safe enough to notice what’s already present—physically, emotionally, and intuitively. I believe the body holds wisdom, and that remembering it doesn’t require fixing ourselves, but learning how to listen again.

Through classes, workshops, and partnerships, I offer practices that invite reconnection without pressure—supporting people who are feeling stretched thin, in-between chapters, or quietly longing to feel more at home in themselves.
